Available Homeschool Sports Programs
- Training & Conditioning – General physical fitness and skill development for all sports. Perfect for staying active year-round and building strength, speed, and agility.
- Girls Volleyball – Our most popular team sport. Seasonal teams with practice and tournament opportunities for homeschool girls ages 12–17.

Who Can Join Our Programs?
Our homeschool sports programs are open to students between ages 12–17 in the Grand Rapids area. We welcome athletes of all experience levels, whether you’re new to organized sports or have previous team experience. Multi-sport families are encouraged to get involved in more than one area, and we offer flexible scheduling where possible.
